Delivery Areas

RURAL delivers throughout Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor.

Delivery availability and fees may vary depending on the exact location, order size, requested time, and property access requirements.

Delivery Options

Free Next-Day Delivery
Available on qualifying orders of $4,000 MXN or more, or its equivalent in the currency displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery
Available for next-day and scheduled deliveries. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery
Available subject to product availability, order-confirmation time, and delivery capacity. Same-day orders must be confirmed by RURAL through WhatsApp.

Scheduling

Select your preferred delivery date and time when placing your order. Your requested time will be confirmed through WhatsApp or email.

We recommend placing orders in advance, especially for large orders, special products, holidays, and weekend deliveries.

Before-Arrival Villa Stocking

We can deliver and stock your groceries before you arrive.

Please coordinate property access with your villa host, concierge, property manager, hotel, or security team and provide all necessary access instructions when placing your order.

Substitutions

If a selected product is unavailable, we will contact you through WhatsApp before making a substitution.

We will not knowingly replace a product without your approval. If you decline the replacement, the unavailable item will be removed and refunded.
